Returns & Refunds

If you find an error with your order or find you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at tirebotz@gmail.com and we will help find a quick and easy resolution for you. Customer service will provide you with a return authorization number and answer any questions regarding the product return/exchange procedure.

Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Specific tire information is available on each tire model's product page.

Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return for Refund or Exchange

All returns are subject to inspection by a Tirebotz returns specialist and are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Only unused product that has not been driven on and is not damaged is eligible for return.

Orders must be reviewed by a returns specialist before an exchange or credit is provided. Allow 2-3 business days to process the credit. Please email tirebotz@gmail.com to make arrangements.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.

WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.

WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $60 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Call for a return authorization number and more information on return shipments.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims

If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Tirebotz customer service department at tirebotz@gmail.com. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.

Return Check List: TIRES ONLY

Email tirebotz@gmail.com for a return authorization number.

Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)

Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address.

Packing slip with return authorization number should be taped securely on tire.
